“ After the first time I tried the bbq ribs from Flavor BBQ, I was hooked and I’ve been coming back ever since! Thankfully, it’s close to my job, so I can easily stop by on my way home. On weekends when the cravings hit, we always wish they were closer or that they’d open a branch in Port St. Lucie. We’ve tried other BBQ spots nearby, but nothing compares. Their baked beans are amazing, perfectly sweet and salty with rich flavor, nothing like ones we’ve had elsewhere that tastes like canned beans...and their ribs? oh, tender, smoky, fall-off-the-bone perfection! Yum! The brisket? Juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right every single time. They have a huge variety of sauces, and every one we’ve tried is packed with flavor and pairs perfectly with the meat. If you love BBQ, you owe it to yourself to try Flavor BBQ. I honestly think they’re one of the best—if not the best—in the entire area. Flavor BBQ, if you’re reading this… Port St. Lucie needs you! ”
“ My colleague and I walked in after a long day of being on some roofs. We where greeted with a smile and fresh sweet tea, followed by complimentary homemade chips with their own BBQ sauce on it!!! I ordered BBQ Beef brisket that was MOUTH WATERING!!! Just the perfect amount of burnt on em!! Macaroni and cheese to die for and collards with cabbage I was in heaven !!!!! Fried green tomatoes where perfectly fried and seasoned to perfection! While we ate smooth southern jazz filled the air and life was a simple time again!! All in all 5 stars ”

“ I was in the area and it was the closest to me in walking distance. So, I decided to walk over and try it. I ordered a sampler plate with ribs and smoked chicken and I must say…..that is how I want my chicken made all the time! It was moist, the skin wasn’t flabby and the taste was down right delicious! The ribs had a good smoke ring with the perfect amount of seasoning. They were not heavy handed with the seasoning, it was the right amount. The Mac was good and the dirty rice was dirty enough . I liked how they give you a side of tangy bbq sauce, kind of similar to a Carolina gold sauce, thin enough to dip the meat in. It gives you a chance to really taste the meat and it was good enough to eat without sauce. I also ordered a slice of confetti cake that had a thin layer of icing on top, which was perfect, and every bite was moist. Hands down! Give them a try! Also, staff was nice. I did wait 30mins for my order, but it was worth it. ”
“ When my soul is craving barbecue, this place delivers on real Southern food. The batter is perfect, the crisp is to die for. The head chef here knows how to cook. I have had catfish elsewhere and everyone else has failed except here. I almost cried over the fried okra which was exactly how it should be. I would love to see some pickled okra as a side. In my opinion, this has been the food I have been looking foor all over the US. ”
